I dedicate this class in HONOUR of my late husband Pete.
Yoga for Grief, is a class for individuals Grieving the death and loss of a loved one.

Mondays 7 - 8:30 pm - NO CLASS Oct 12
Sept 14- Nov 9- 8 weeks $160
Class 1.5 hours
We will explore GRIEF and do a gentle Yoga practice
No Yoga experience required....
Enjoy the stretching and strength building postures of Hatha yoga.
These gentle classes are open to all levels, no yoga experience is required.
Come experience all the benefits yoga has to offer.

Date: Sept 1- Nov 24 (13 weeks) $195. Both CLASSES ARE FULL

What to expect at a class.
Participants, lie in comfy lounge chair, wrapped in a cozy warm blanket and are guided into a deep relaxation meditation.
