My Journey with Grief
My journey with Grief has been pretty typical and linear, through out my life.
I’ve lost grandparents along the way, some aunts and uncles, in laws and parents.
In October 2018, my whole world as I knew it, changed forever.
My husband of 34 years died.
This by far has been the most significant loss and an extremely challenging, transitional, life journey.
Yoga invites you to move into your body deeply in a compassionate way,
so you can begin to experience your Grief in a way that is self supportive and nurturing.
A safe sacred space to begin to process and explore,
thoughts, sensations, in the healing mind body practice of Yoga.
Students will be taught empowering techniques to cope with Grief and Loss,
and compassion for their journey and to honour their LOVED one.
