Below are my most frequently asked Questions...

What is Wholistic Therapy ?
It is the practice of complimentary natural healing modalities.
The role of the practitioner is to support the body and encourage the natural healing process.
Practitioners regard the person as a whole, addressing physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

What are the Benefits of Wholistic Therapy?
The benefits are endless, pain control, stress reduction, induces relaxation, decreases anxiety,
releases toxins, improves immune system, autonomic nervous system, circulatory system and
central nervous system, increases energy and vitality,
improved sleep patterns, balances physical emotional and spiritual influences.

What can I expect at a session?
For the majority of the treatments, the client remains fully clothed, lying on a massage table,
in a quiet comfortable and safe environment.
The therapies are gentle and non-invasive.
You can expect to be very relaxed.

How many sessions will I need?
It really depends on how long your issues have been there and
because each one of us is truly unique, no two people heal the same way.
There will usually be some changes on the first session,
you will be the better judge of that based on how you are feeling and
the changes and improvements that you notice.
Your practitioner can make recommendations.

Do you provide receipts?
Yes, I do provide receipts and am a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).

Are sessions covered under my insurance plan?
It is best to check directly with your insurance provider,
as they all have different group coverage available.

What is your education level?
I have training in anatomy, physiology, pathology and hands on experience and
extensive knowledge in various complimentary health practices.
I am continually upgrading my skills, with ongoing extensive training.

Can anyone do Yoga?
Yes, pretty much, as you work at your own pace,
and work within your own personal limitations.
Unless your doctor does not recommend it.
