About Darlene
I am a Wholistic Health Practitoner and a Yoga Instuctor.
My healing journey began over 30 years ago, when I went to my late father in law (a self taught healer) with some minor health issues and concerns. I was truly amazed at the ways he helped me and other people. I realized then, that there was so much more to healing than just a physical body. The body mind spirit connection made so much sense to me. There was a period in my life when I lived with constant, daily headaches. I had a couple of serious falls and the bones in my cranium were jammed. After experiencing the healing effects of Cranio Sacral Therapy, I knew I had to learn the work and pass on the benefits to others. I began my wholistic health studies in the early 1990's, basically for self interest and self development. As I grew to experience the healing effects of several natural healing modalities, I continued my studies and began doing the work. My goal is to empower people on their wellness journey. My commitment is to provide a safe non-judgemental environment to enhance each personal wellness journey.
